Summerstage is a concert series held in Central Park. PvD was there last year as well.

The Summerstage venue in Central Park, NYC, Friday 25th of June, i believe in the afternoon or early evening. Last year's attendees can probably tell you much more - that was before i knew most of the GN crew (except Overseas).

Based on last year, I'm not thinking it will be a killer set, but I figure there will be compensating factors .. the outdoor location (pray god it doesn't rain tho), lights/laser show. I guess the company won't hurt either! 
There's nothing up on the official Central Park Summerstage web site yet, but the gig is listed on pvd's web site .. which i take to mean that the organisers realised they had to book him early.
Besides which, I think he won a Dancestar 2004 award for last year (?) so in the "mainstream" view of the EDM world, the event last year was clearly counted a big success - I can't think of any reason why it would get cancelled given the (I think reasonable) supposition that he's already agreed to spin.
The gig's been listed on paul's website for quite a bit so i've been watching the transatlantic airfares lik a hawk, and i pounced on this one as it was the first reasonably priced fare that came up. It may be Air India ... but the price is right and the arrival and departure times are great for me too.
