CALLING ALL SASHA FANS IN NEW YORK CITY.
Here are some details of a special show with numbers so limited that we had to wait until now to announce it.

There is a private party tonight at the Canal Room (285 WEST BROADWAY AT CANAL) in NYC to celebrate the release of Involver in North America.

The venue is going to admit a limited number of fans on a first come first served basis after 10pm... all you have to do is show up and mention this announcement.

Expect special sets from both Sasha and Sean Cusick

Sean Cusick was kinda bleh. At the rate at which peeps were leaving during his set, I was afraid that it was gonna be just me and Sasha by the time he went on. Luckily, when Sasha took the decks, more people filtered in and the crowd really got into it. Sasha spun a solid set, with a surprising amount of quality electro tracks (they're o' so fashionable in NYC these days). The set was breaks-heavy. Overall, very, very good. Sasha is The Man when he's realatively sober. anyone who didn't come out for this, you missed one helluva good free party. The goodie bags were a nice touch too. They were giving away A/X record bags filled with Sasha's Involver and a bunch of other stuff.

I had more fun last night at Shine w/ the mace, rubes, mango, and all my other friends than i did at Crobar friday night. It reminded me of pvd @ arc, great vibe~everybody just danced and listened to sasha from like 20 ft away. He was really good~a mix of melodic breaks that got increasingly harder and some cool techy electro stuff hilighted by this twisted female vocal track at the end. got home at like 4am, not bad for a monday night.
