About the release:
Unstoppable and unique, Rock It Science Laboratories continues to surge forward dropping mega dance floor hip mobility coupled with dynamic mental ear magic. As always they’ve put together a diverse release which showcases the best of several genres. Reminiscent of Fame’s Dubsided history, the original never lets up it’s ferocity of bass and glitched out vocals – not to mention a mind bending time warped breakdown. Ever changing, blippety and zippety, it is obvious that Australia’s Wongo can do no wrong-o with his crafty “Drop It Like” remix. Cubik & Origami, two strange birds from the Fingermonsters, drop their SF remix style in the form of an awesome dubstep ripper. Deeper and deeper we go as Eddie Hoey “drops it” into full throttle tribal mode with a techno tainted stomper. NYC’s Dirty Dan and Norway’s Colin Turnbull round it out with 2 more for the floor.

About the Artists:
DJ Fame is best known for his “Name It X” EP on Dubsided, which spring-boarded his international career in 2006, after holding down NYC since the 1990s. Eric Sharp is a fresh face in the production game, quickly gaining momentum and praise with forthcoming work on this imprint as well as Tommie Sunshine’s Brooklyn Fire label.
